Subscription-based laundry service provider in Lagos, LaundryBoy, participated in a one-day masterclass on management for laundry business owners.
The interface session held at AIICO Insurance Building, Victoria Island on Wednesday, October 23, was organised by LG Electronics, a leading manufacturer of appliances and electronics including commercial washing machines.
It partnered with CleanAce Academy, allowing industry experts across the state to share their knowledge and passion. Nigeria’s Wema Bank Plc was also involved, offering access to credit facilities and funding the MSMEs in the laundry business.
Facilitated by Mr Ibukun Adebayo from CleanAce, the interactive session allowed various laundry business owners to brainstorm best practices for upholding industry standards.
At the event, business owners learned how to improve their services by focusing on customer care, managing their staff effectively, and ensuring quality at every stage of the laundry process, from sorting clothes to ironing and delivery.
LaundryBoy’s participation in the event underscores its dedication to finding new ways to better serve its subscribers and provide top-notch service with every laundry job.
According to LaundryBoy’s Founder, Ayoola Daniel, the company’s involvement in the capacity-building exercise was key to learning the best practices for smoother operations, better customer service, and efficient complaint handling.
He emphasized that these efforts aim to position LaundryBoy as the leading laundry service in Lagos.
