Our office is at 29 Adetayo Osho Street, Akoka, Lagos. You can access our physical collection center for drop-off of your laundry if you’re around Somolu, Akoka, Bariga, Herbert Macaulay, or Pedro. However, we offer pick-up and delivery service in our packages if you live in other parts of Lagos.
To schedule a pickup for your laundry; select the service you want, fill in your name, phone and house addresss. Once we receive your order, our rider will reach your location in Lagos as soon as possible.
If you prefer, you’ll see an option on the website to chat with us directly on WhatsApp and set up a pickup time that fits your schedule perfectly.
Our office is open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can schedule a pickup during these hours or visit us if you’re around Somolu, Akoka, Bariga, Herbert Macaulay, or Pedro.
However, we’re available 24/7 on social media DMs to answer any questions you may have.
Fabrics such as silk, chiffon, lace, and those with embroidery need extra care. That’s why we use gentle washing techniques, such as shorter wash cycles with lower water levels, more gentle agitation, and air-drying.

As soon as your clothes arrive at our office, we attach a clear label with your name and the date they came in. We also note down an inventory of the total items of an order.
